This winter, 20 lucky Scape Sydney residents packed their gear and headed to Snowy Gums at Perisher, one of Australia’s top ski destinations, for an epic student weekend escape.

And the best part? These trips are open to all Scape residents, across all Sydney student accommodation buildings.

Friday: Road Trip to the Snow

The adventure started Friday with a scenic road trip through the Snowy Mountains. Think road trip snacks, curated playlists, and major anticipation. After a full day of travel, the crew landed at Snowy Gums Chalet — exhausted but buzzing for what was ahead.

Saturday & Sunday: Ski. Snowboard. Repeat.

Saturday and Sunday were full send. Residents got two days of skiing and snowboarding at Perisher, with a group snow lesson included — perfect for beginners or anyone looking to sharpen their skills. Whether it was your first time on the slopes or your tenth, it was all about fun, laughs, and snow-drenched memories.

From bunny slopes to black runs, our crew embraced it all. Plus, the views? Absolutely unreal.
