393 Swanston Street Melbourne VIC 3000
Scape is growing in the education state
Scape State Library Exchange rises directly above the new State Library Station on Swanston Street, putting close to 1,400 students at the exact centre of the city's university life.
This is our first over-station development, and our boldest yet. The tower sits above 11,000 square metres of retail, commercial and education space, with the main entrance opening onto Literature Lane between La Trobe and Little La Trobe Streets.
Students here won't just be near Melbourne's universities and libraries. They'll be woven into them, footsteps from campus, culture and the city's busiest transport interchange.
