How do I book an airport transfer?
Complete the airport transfer booking form with your arrival and flight details. Depending on your location, your transfer will be arranged through the relevant airport transfer provider.
How much does the airport transfer cost?
Prices vary depending on your pickup location, destination, luggage requirements and other booking details. You’ll receive the relevant pricing information as part of the booking process.
Can I book a transfer from the airport to Scape and also form Scape to the airport?
Airport transfers are available for both arrivals and departures.
For Syndey, Brisbane and Adelaide – Complete the booking form with your travel details to check availability for your journey.
For Melbourne – Purchase through the Scape shop in the Resident Portal.
Can I book an airport transfer at any time of day?
Transfer times and availability may vary depending on your location and service provider. We recommend submitting your booking as early as possible, particularly if you’re travelling early in the morning or late at night so that the service can accommodate to your travel time.
Will my airport transfer take me directly to my Scape property?
Yes. Your airport transfer will take you directly from the airport to your Scape property.
Can someone travel with me?
Yes. You’ll need to include the number of people travelling when making your booking so the service provider can arrange a suitable vehicle for your transfer.
Does my university offer airport transfers?
Your education institution may offer airport transfer services. We recommend that you check with student services to explore potentially available options.
