Here’s how you can reach the University of South Australia, University of Adelaide, and Flinders University using Adelaide’s public transport network.

University of South Australia (City West Campus)

Train: The Adelaide Railway Station is a 7-minute walk from the City West campus, offering routes like the Belair, Gawler, Grange, Outer Harbor, Seaford, and Flinders lines, connecting various parts of Adelaide and its suburbs to the university.

Tram: The City West tram stop, right in front of the campus, is on the free city center tram route. The Glenelg tram line connects the beachside suburb of Glenelg through the city to the Royal Adelaide Hospital, making stops at key locations including the Adelaide Railway Station, Rundle Mall, and Victoria Square.

Bus: Several bus routes operate around the campus, with stops on North Terrace and Currie Street. Routes include the H30, H32, H33, W90, W91, and the 106, connecting to West Lakes Centre, Henley Beach, Marion Centre, Magill, and Glenelg. Currie Street is served by the 540 route, linking Tea Tree Plaza Interchange to the city with stops at Paradise and Klemzig Interchanges.

University of Adelaide

Train: The Adelaide Railway Station serves the North Terrace campus with routes like the Belair, Gawler, Grange, Outer Harbor, Seaford, and Flinders lines, facilitating easy access from various parts of the city and suburbs.

Tram: The University tram stop is served by multiple tram routes, including Routes 1, 3, 5, 6, 16, 64, and 72, connecting the campus to various destinations across the city and suburbs, from East Coburg to Carnegie and Glen Iris to East Brighton.

Bus: Stop G1 North Tce caters to the campus with bus routes 170, 173, 174, 176, 178, 281, 286, 287, 288, 98C, and 99C, offering extensive city and suburban connections. The N178 route provides after-midnight service on weekends from Newton to the city.

Flinders University

Train: Flinders Railway Station, connected by the Flinders Line, links the city center to Flinders University and the Flinders Medical Centre, providing a direct route for students and staff.

Bus: Stop 26D University Dr – East side serves the campus with routes like the 101, connecting Arndale Centre with the university. The 300 and 300G (Suburban Connector), 600, 601, 719, and G10, as well as the 955 school service route, offer wide-ranging access from various parts of the city and suburbs, including Old Reynella, Marion Centre, and Blair Athol.
