Scape is bringing 200 new co-living rooms to the corner of Cleveland and Eveleigh Street in Redfern, minutes from Redfern Station and an easy ride to Sydney Uni and UTS.
The building will feature commercial tennacies on the ground floor, in addition to the centre courtyard accessible by the public from Woodburn and Eveleigh Street. The building will also provide additional amenity to the area with a dedicated community facility. The building is set to include a variety of communal spaces for residents, as well as a rooftop garden with seating.
The design is grounded in place. First Nations artists will be commissioned to produce artworks which feature in the project design.
