How do I travel from Scape to University of Adelaide?

For students staying in Scape accommodations, reaching the University of Adelaide is convenient and quick, thanks to its central location in Adelaide, SA 5005. Here are the best routes from different Scape locations:

From Scape at University of Adelaide:

  • Walking: You are just a 2-minute walk away from the campus, making it extremely accessible on foot.

From Scape Waymouth:

  • Bus Route: Start with a 5-minute walk to Stop B2 Currie St – North side. Take the line 106 bus towards Magill for 8 minutes, disembark at Stop X1 Pulteney St – West side, and then it’s a 5-minute walk to the University.
  • Tram Route: An 11-minute walk to City West tram stop to catch the BTANIC line tram towards Botanic Gardens. After a 5-minute ride, get off at Art Gallery and walk for another 2 minutes to reach the University.

From Scape Adelaide Central:

  • Tram Route: The most efficient method involves a short 1-minute walk to Adelaide Railway Station Tram Stop, then a 3-minute tram ride on the BTANIC line towards Botanic Gardens. Alight at Art Gallery and you’re 2 minutes away on foot.
  • Walking: Alternatively, a straightforward 10-minute walk will also get you to the campus comfortably.
  • Bus Route: For those preferring a bus, start with a 5-minute walk to Stop X1 King William St – West side. Take the line 176 bus towards Athelstone for 6 minutes, get off at Stop G1 North Tce – North side, and from there it’s just a 1-minute walk.

These various transportation options provide flexibility for Scape residents, ensuring that whether you prefer walking, taking the bus, or riding the tram, you can easily find a convenient way to get to your classes at the University of Adelaide.
